Filter plate are made of strengthened polypropylene & TPE through mold pressing, high in strength, light in weight, corrosion resisted, non-poisonous and odorless;
Simple in operation, safe and labor saving, the whole filter press system are auto controlled by the electrical panel. All devices including feed pump, hydraulic power pack, plate shifting device, valves and conveyors are guided by the logic in PLC, and make them work more efficiently.
Air pressing or water pressing can be selected for squeezing filter plate with pressure 1.2~1.6 Mpa, this process is designed for reducing moisture content in cake and increase solid rate by 8%-35%.
Other automatic functions also can be added such as filter cloth washing system, filtrate collecting system, filter cloth shaking system, drip tray system etc.
